Ieva & Liam at Sheffield Town Hall and The Chimney House
Ieva and Liam’s late summer wedding was a gorgeously intimate and meaningful celebration with their very closest people in attendance. The vibe was relaxed and heartfelt with the couple seeing one another before the ceremony and walking into Sheffield Town Hall together. After the ceremony Ieva and Liam headed to The Chimney House at Kelham Island for drinks, speeches and a laidback feasting style meal.
Seeing one another before the wedding ceremony meant there was time for some relaxed photos outside Sheffield Town Hall.

After the confetti had been thrown Ieva and Liam enjoyed a picnic basket of champagne and snacks with their guests.

Sheffield has so many iconic spots for photos that feel alive and unique. I only had ten minutes with Ieva and Liam around Sheffield town Hall but it was ample to make some beautiful portraits.
We jumped in a Sheffield taxi to head over to The Chimney House.
The Chimney House is such a beautiful space that succeeds in feeling really special for weddings whilst remaining cosy and intimate.

On the stairway of The Chimney House before speeches. The speeches were beautiful and were read in both Lithuanian and English to honour the coming together of two families from different places.
We headed out to make more portraits around Kelham Island which has so much to offer when it comes to texture, art and interest for photographs.
The way Kelham Island is made up of a lovely muddle of huge and small buildings allows for light to creep in magical ways.
I loved working with Ieva and Liam so much. Their day was so centred around the truly important things and in bringing two families together. Ieva and Liam’s relaxed day meant that they only needed me there for a few hours which I’m more than happy to accommodate wherever I can.
